This policy outlines the terms under which customers can request cancellations, returns, or refunds for their orders.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@electrocarts.in or call +91 9821026522 with your order number.

  • Once an order has been shipped or is in the “Out for Delivery” stage, it cannot be canceled.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

  • If payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after cancellation confirmation.


2. Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The product received is incorrect or missing parts.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and the invoice.

  • Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-built or specially ordered products

  • Items sold under “Clearance” or “Final Sale”

  • Opened packaging of consumables or electronic components

Return Process:

  1. Send an email to info@electrocarts.in with your order details and images of the product issue.

  2. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for pickup or request you to ship the product to our address:

  3. Upon inspection, we will process your replacement or refund as per eligibility.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and verified by our team.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Note:
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).


4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement requests for defective or damaged products must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The replacement will be processed once the original item is received and verified by our quality team.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes it takes additional time for the refund to reflect.
